CruxStack, an affiliate of PortQii Pte Ltd headquartered in Singapore ("CruxStack," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to privacy and data protection. This Privacy Statement describes how we collect and process data from visitors to our websites ("Site"), users of our web and mobile applications ("Applications"), and users of our data analytics platform and professional services ("Services").

Note: CruxStack is a B2B platform. Our Services are not intended for individual consumer use.

This Privacy Statement applies only to CruxStack's collection of personal data through our own websites, apps, and Services. It does not apply to personal data collected by our customers through their use of our Services. For such cases, please consult the customer's privacy policy.

We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Frameworks to ensure lawful data transfers outside the EU/UK/Switzerland.

Location and International Transfers

Your data may be stored in the U.S., EU, or other countries. We ensure compliance with local laws wherever data is processed.

Data Privacy Framework Participation

CruxStack adheres to the:

  • UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Framework
  • Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

We are certified and subject to enforcement by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.

In certain cases, individuals may invoke binding arbitration for unresolved issues. We cooperate with relevant DPAs and regulators.

Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide Services and fulfill legal, contractual, or business obligations. Retention periods vary based on sensitivity, consent, legal requirements, and technical capabilities.

Our Services are not intended for users under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data inappropriately, contact compliance@cruxstack.com.
