Cruxstack — Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Cruxstack is a user intelligence infrastructure platform that transforms raw event data into real-time behavioral traits. We help product and growth teams personalize experiences — without building in-house ML pipelines.

Cruxstack is developed and operated by Portqii Pte Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.

2. Eligibility

To use Cruxstack, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have the legal authority to bind your company or organization;
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access Cruxstack. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Your Data

Ownership:

You retain full ownership of the data you send to Cruxstack ("Your Data").

License:

You grant Portqii Pte Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive license to use Your Data solely to:

• Process and generate traits;
• Improve and support the performance of our Services.

Data Privacy:

We do not sell or share Your Data with third parties, except:

• As required by law;
• To our cloud infrastructure providers and subprocessors under confidentiality agreements;
• With your consent.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to send us any personal data, including compliance with applicable data protection laws such as the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Cruxstack to violate any laws or regulations;
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our Services;
• Send us data you don't have the legal right to transmit.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Service Availability

Cruxstack is currently in early access. We aim for high availability, but there may be occasional disruptions. We may modify or discontinue features without notice.

Enterprise customers may receive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through a separate agreement.

7. Beta Features

Certain features may be labeled as beta, pilot, or preview. These are offered "as-is" and may change or be removed without notice. Use of beta features is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Cruxstack — including logos, code, product designs, documentation, and trademarks — belongs to Portqii Pte Ltd.

You may not use our brand assets without our written permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using Cruxstack at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• If you violate these Terms;
• If required by law;
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (with notice).

Upon termination, your access will cease and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cruxstack is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portqii Pte Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or the platform. Continued use after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
